The film, she said, is shot in a very non conventional way since the actors are not given any pre-written scripts and has little or no rehearsals. On being asked about the film industry in Colombia, Ms Garcia said that it is not so big as in India and does not get much support from the government. The TV industry is very huge in Colombia so much so it also produces f or TV in the US, she added.
Commenting on her experience at the IFFI and in India, the actress replied that she watched a few films and would love to shoot in India. The drug cartel carries no influence on the Colombian film industry although it is a very popular subject both for film industry as well as TV and we need to change that now, Ms Garcia said. .
