Hyderabad Nov 8: IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao on Sunday congratulated Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s grand alliance for its major victory in Bihar elections. He said that he congratulate Nitish Kumar and Lalu for their joint victory. KTR said the mandate is clear for the grand alliance in Bihar. He also said that the BJP led NDA Government should rethink on its disaster the elections.
