Tata-SIA joint venture carrier Vistara announced scaling up of operations and said it plans to operate 164 flights per week besides adding Hyderabad and Goa routes by March.The airline, which commenced its flight services in the country early this month from three airports- Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad- at present operates 68 frequencies per week.
Vistara is
scaling up and will operate 164 frequencies per week by March 1, the airline
said in a release.The announcement comes a day
after the city-based airline said it was introducing additional frequencies on
all the three existing routes from February 16."The daily flights to
Goa and a double daily to Hyderabad from Delhi will be launched from February
20 and March 1 respectively", the airline said.The airline currently has
three Airbus 320 planes in its fleet, which it plans take up to five by March.
