Tata group shown interest to work with both States

Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry met Chief Ministers of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh separately during his visit to the city and assured to support rapid industrialization of both the states.Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao sought co-operation of the Tata Group in framing and implementation of government policies. Mistry expressed interest to work and co-operate with TRS government, especially in its flagship education scheme-KG to PG education for poor.

He pointed out that their Group has ample material, training methodology and experts who would even visit villages to help government design effective scheme. He also assured the Chief Minister that his group would share its inputs and knowledge in providing basic infrastructural facilities in thousands of slums in twin cities.Later, Tata Sons chairman met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He assured that Tata group would help Andhra Pradesh with implementation of NTR Sujala Sravanthi, packaged drinking water scheme and work with the government for skill development and training.Chadnrababu Naidu noted that State government would use Tata Group's knowledge and expertise in technology and other areas to build smart cities. The State's new water scheme, that aims to provide drinking water to rural households, seeks to engage corporate entities through their corporate social responsibility initiative.
