When
TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu was in power during 1996 to 2004 he was inevitably
concentrated concept of the centralized development. Now the Naidu seems to be changed his concept
and he was prefer to continue development programmess with decentralization
policy.

Chief Naidu was lead the erstwhile Andhra Pardesh state by holding Chief
Minister post all most all on decade.
When he was in power he was given highest priority to make Hyderabad city as
one of the best city in the world in
compare with international standers. He was given top priority to IT sector and
attracts the investment. He was also given
top priority to income generation in public and private sector.
TDP chief praised by all the national and international
leaders. After facing defeat in 2004 power
he was out power and after post bifurcation he was become Chief Minister of the
Andhra Pradesh state. After losing the
power he was continued as opposition leader in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. He was performed live in the masses in view to known the peoples aspirations and desires. He toured
all over the state on the name of different programmes. After all these efforts he was achieved Chief
Minister Post. Now the leader was want
continue development programmes on decentralization approach. In this back drop he was sending clear cut
indications to the people of the state.
He
was elected as TDPLP leader In Tirupati of Rayalaseema region where the TDLP meeting was organized in different
way. He was taken oath
at Nagarjuna Nagar of Guntur in north costal of Andhra Pardesh where the massive public meeting was organized. This was center
point to the all the three regions. After
these meetings Chief Minister Naidu decided conduct first his cabinet meeting
in Andhra University Auditorium in Vishakapatnam.
TDP
leader observed that with all these efforts Naidu given clear message to the
people he was taking up development programmes with decentralization
concept. They observed Naidu performed to establish key offices in all the
three regions headquarters and that would help to maintain the regional balances
in the administrative affairs. “ If the government want establish state capital
between Guntur and Vijayawad city the capital may have only Secretariat but the Assembly and Police headquarters likely to establish in other cities like in
Tirupati and Vishakapatanm, with this approach
would help over all development in the state’’ one of the TDP leader
said. Another TDP leader said decentralization approach may not give scope for
the state reorganization demand in coming future.
