Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Limited produces and supplies low carbon silico manganese alloys to steel and stainless steel industries in primarily India. It operates in Smelter and Hydro Power segments. The company also exports its products to various countries. In addition, it generates and supplies power through its 21 MW hydro electric plant in Kerala; and 12 MW coal fired thermal power plant in Chattisgarh. Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Limited was incorporated in 1990 and is based in Coimbatore, India.
It has an equity base of just Rs.15.88 crore that is supported by reserves of around Rs.49.01 crore which is 3.08 times higher than equity. For the 9MFY14, net profit zoomed 433.86% to Rs.10.09 crore as against a profit of Rs.1.89 crore during the previous corresponding year. It has paid 5% dividend for FY13. But company has shown fantastic performance in 9MFY14 therefore Company has announced 15% dividend. Company may declare Rs.115crore turnover and Rs.12.5crore profit in FY14.
