Hyderabad Nov 8: Two Telugu chief ministers K Chandrasekhar Rao and N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday congratulated Nitish Kumar for hatrick win in the Bihar State elections. KCR said that Bihar people gave mandate to Nitish Kumar. KCR said that the Nitish Government will provide good governance to cater to the needs. The AP Chief Minister telephoned to Nitish Kumar and greeted him on the occasion. Nitish Kumar in a twitter reply extended thanks to Chandrababu.
