Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd on Monday announced an interim dividend of Rs 8 per share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year 2014-15. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday approved the proposal."The dividend payout to the shareholders will be Rs 127.3 crore (inclusive of the dividend distribution tax of Rs 18.5 crore) and will be paid on October 16, 2014 to those shareholders whose names are on the Register of Members of the Company as on September 30, 2014," Colgate Palmolive (India) said in a statement.
