After came in to power now the Telangana Rashtra Samithi
(TRS) seems to be face troubles in tackling the CPI Maoist Party in the state.
During elections TRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao categorically
said that if they would come to power his party would implement the Moaist agenda
with the true sprit. This was assurance given to Maoist sympathizers who are
met KCR under the leadership of the Revolutionary Writers Association president
V Varavara Rao during elections. Now the
government did not ready take any decision with positive attitude on Maoist
issue.
TRS party become very strong in north Telangana districts
and earlier who was worked in CPI Maoist
party nearly six leaders become
ministers in the KCR cabinet. Number of MLAs and MLCs also worked earlier in
the movement. Large number of cadre also
join in TRS. In spite of the TRS did not
taken positive decision on Maoist issue?
The state government continued the ban on CPI Maoist Party and several
other organizations.
CPI Maoist Party Central Committee member Anand while giving
special interview to a Telugu TV Chanal has urged the state government to lift
the ban on their party and build convenient atmosphere in the state. That would
help the state to hold discussions CPI Maoist Party. He said that people of the Telangana has strongly
demanding the state government to lift the ban CPI Maoist Party. He also urged the state government release the
political prisoners who are in Jail.
State government ministers and MLAs did not ready speak on
this issue. They did not ready share the opinion with the media. However one TRS politburo member N Laxman Rao said
the state government going to constitute
State Level Advisory Council after receiving council recommendations government
would take decision on lifting the ban Maoist issue. He urged the Maoist sympathizers they should
continue wait and watch attitude with positive outlook. He observed that new government
completed only 15 days in the office in this short period how can any
government would take key decisions. He
hoped that that time will salve the problems.
However several Maoist sympathizers did not have any hopes
on TRS however they seems to be start another movement under the banner of the
civil society by demanding the state government to lift the ban on CPI Maoist
party. They hoped that in coming few years very crucial for TRS and CPI Maoist
Party in Telangana region.
