Telangana CM Decided to Cut Down Expenditure on Publicity?

The newly formed Telangana state government seems to be not spending the money on publicity by providing to advertisements in print, electronic media including other media also.  
The government planning to create awareness in the people they should only continue the mouth to mouth publicity government’s welfare and development programmes.  On this issue Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao gave clear cut directions to his cabinet colleagues and several departments of the high officials.  
In the Andhra Pradesh when TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu was in Chief Minister Post he was given top priority to publicity activity on governments welfare and development programmes.  At the time government was spend crores of rupees of the tax payer’s amount on publicity.  The government want win the hearts with publicity but it was not given expected results in 2004 elections.  
Congress senior leader YS Rajasekhar Reddy regime started 2004 in the state he was also given top priority to publicity activities.  Due to the state government policy from 2004 -2009 Seemandhra region capitalists who are running the news papers from the state capital financially benefited. When Congress leaders like K Rosaiah and Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was in Chief Minister Post they also continued the same policy on publicity issue.   Kiran Kumar Reddy spend crores o tax payers amount in view to popularize the governments flagship programmes like Bangaru Talli several others.
After of the post bifurcation of the state TDP chief N Chandrabbau Naidu came to power in Andhra Pradesh and he was dropped several indications that he was continue to give top priority to the publicity programme.  The government organized massive public meeting by spending Rs 30 crore in Nagarjan Nagar where the  N Chandrababu Naidu taken oath as Chief Minister of the state . TDP leader N Lokesh said that if the government continues to spending amount on publicity that would help to building brand image to attract the investments to the new sate.
Now the Telangana state government did not want spend more funds on publicity. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed government advisor who was also former IAS officer KV Ramana Chary submit a report on information and public relations, after studying the report government would take decision to cut down expenditure on publicity programmes.
 One of the TRS leader said that K Chandrasekhar Rao numbers of times elected from Siddipet Assembly constituency but he did not prefer to advertize his achievements. The people of the constituency felt that they achieve development in their lives. This kind of mouth publicity helps the leader to become one of the top leaders in the state.

“After recollecting all the memories the government would least preference publicity activity’’ Another TRS leader said. “The state government will be start official monthly Maxine  on the name of Koti Ratanala Veena  and TRS party also set start  the another new paper  on the name of Bangaru Telangana or  Nava Telangana ,these would help Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to popularize his  views and plans on state development,’’  Chief Minister  close aids  explained to this correspondent
